Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation process is just as swift and hassle-free as our booking process. While we hope to host you, we recognize that plans can change. Here's what you need to know:

50% Payment is required at the time of reservation.

50% Full & Final Payment is required during Check-in.

Without a proper ID card for All Adult Guests, Check-in may be restricted. No Refund in this case.

30 days or more prior to arrival: 10% of the total booking amount will be charged.

29-15 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.

14-07 days prior to arrival: No Refund in This case. Only date change is possible, Subject to availabipty.

Below 7 days or NO Show: NO cancellation or Date Change possible. NO SHOW means the Guest does not check in within 04:00 pm of the C/in date without any information.

Cancellation during Stay: NO Changes can be done after check-in. The full amount will be charged in this case.

We do not charge cancellation fees for bookings canceled within 60 minutes of creating the same booking.

For special discounted tariffs/special packages we don't provide any refund. Any amount paid will be refunded.

For Special Date Tariffs: 100% payment is required at the time of reservation.

Refund Policy

All refunds will be provided per the cancellation policy to the Guest's Bank Account/UPI payment.

Refunds may take 3-5 business days to be processed.

We don't provide refunds for Non-Refundable tariffs.
